Library staff provide information and guidance in locating material for patrons who appear in person, call on the telephone, or request information through correspondence. We can help you locate a good novel, search for statistics, plan a vacation or write a research paper.

In addition to printed materials, many databases are available to Burch Library patrons. Some databases can be used only in the Library, while others can be used from remote sites (home, school, office) with a valid library card.

The Adult Information Desk number is 901-457-2601.

A program is for the purpose of promoting Library materials, facilities, or services, as well as offering the community informational, entertaining, or cultural experiences. Programming includes such activities as films, computer classes, speakers or author discussion groups for adults. During the Summer, an adult reading club is offered.
