Proposed Planned Development Ordinance Amendment
The Planning Commission recommended approval of an amendment to the planned development provisions of the Zoning Ordinance at their June 5th Meeting. The Planning Commission's recommendation has been forwarded to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen for consideration.
A Board of Mayor and Aldermen public hearing regarding the planned development amendment was held on July 14, 2008. Third reading is scheduled for the Board of Mayor and Aldermen's July 28, 2008 Meeting. The meeting will start at 6:00 PM in the Town Hall Board Chambers. Town Hall is located at 500 Poplar View Parkway.
If approved after the third reading, the amendment will be adopted.

Subdivision Regulations
The following copy of the Subdivision Regulations incorporates revisions approved by the Planning Commission on May 8, 2008. The amendment applies to all new subdivision applications submitted for the September Planning Commission Meeting (applications submitted on or after July 9, 2008).
