Your Library Card

A Lucius E. and Elsie C. Burch, Jr. Library card allows you to do more than simply borrow books and other materials.  A card is needed to use the online databases from home, renew materials, or place holds on materials.

  • You may apply for a library card by visiting the Lucius E. and Elsie C. Burch, Jr. Library or by printing and filling out this Library Card Application  Applications must be submitted at the Circulation Desk. The Library provides both Collierville residents and nonresidents cards at no charge.  All library cards issued are permanent.  There is no minimum age to apply for a library card as long as the parent/guardian signs the application.
  • Please be sure to bring a photo ID and something that will provide proof of your address when you come to pick up your new card.  Patrons under the age of 18 years will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian who can present proof of address and sign as the responsible party when the minor wishes to have their own library card.
