Collierville is one of the fastest growing towns
in the state and in the country. People like Collierville for
many reasons -- a great school system, the small town atmosphere,
the parks and recreation facilities, and much more.
The quality of life in Collierville has led
many companies to locate facilities here, including Federal
Express' state-of-the-art Information Technology campus, the
Baptist Memorial Hospital facility, Home Depot, and several
other manufacturing companies.
Collierville has much to offer -- quality residential
living, award winning schools, a state-of-the-art community
theatre, recreational centers, a nationally accredited police
department, beautiful open spaces in part accomplished through
an extensive greenbelt plan, a strong sense of history, and
a vision for the future.
Collierville serves as a "trade center" to surrounding
counties, and is part of the Memphis Metropolitan area which
has a population of over one million individuals. Located 25
miles east of Memphis, Collierville has maintained the "small
town atmosphere" that residents love. The heart of the town
is the Historic Town Square which has been a magnet for citizens
from all over the area.
