ANNEXATION EFFECTIVE 12/28/11

Collierville’s Board of Mayor of Aldermen (BMA) voted in late November 2011 to annex five separate areas totaling 4,330+/- acres in its southern Reserve Area. The annexation became effective 12/28/11. On that date, the Town of Collierville’s corparate limits were expanded and 568 dwellings and approximately 1,681 people which have been part of unincorporated Shelby County formally became part of the Town. The following information has been provided related to the annexation boundaries and zoning.
