The purpose of the Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals is to hear the appeals of decisions and interpretations of the Building Official, and to consider variances of the codes.  This board will meet on an "As Needed Basis".

The terms for the Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals are for 1 calendar year with terms expiring December 31st of each year.  (Ordinance 2001-05); (Ordinance 2003-12)
